Buyer beware, do not lose your money to this company!
Ordered a turquoise dress for my wife. It came wrapped like an American football, they used a half a roll of packing tape which made getting the dress out of the packaging tedious and almost like a delicate surgery. The dress was scrunched up and full of wrinkles, the dress was ruined from the shipping. I reached out to customer service with a photo of the packaging and their response was asking me to have it ironed locally. Yes we paid for a dress that now requires more money invested to see if it can be saved. Do not waste your money here. Buyer beware! Zero customer service, zero respect for your purchases.

The colors are not even close to…
The colors are not even close to matching on the site. I had my bridesmaids order from here and their dresses looked red not purple. When we tried to have them return they told us that we would have to pay even higher return shipping compared to the initial shipping we already paid. Seller tries to make a deal with you because the real catch is that they do not truly do returns. They told us to take $30 and then we could try to resell the dress ourselves on eBay and get more money. Seller will do anything and everything to get out of doing a return. So when they say 14 days to return they mean 14 days to get half of your original cost back or less. Do not trust seller as they are very sneaky. One dress did not even close properly. Awful design and stitch work.

So thankful for the awesome and amazing work on these dresses!!! I love the dresses so much!! They are actually a lot better than I had even thought!! Thank you so so much!! They are beautiful, such good material and it fits beautifully!! 🙏🏻😄 I am always skeptical buying clothes online, especially dresses but they really pulled through with an amazing website that was so easy to use, with the custom sizes and it’s so beautifully made! Thank you so so much!! 😄 I will definitely be back to buy more when the occasion rises 😄 I bought dresses for bridesmaids, and the ladies who got them made custom to their size, it fit perfectly! I had one minor issue (not their fault) where one of the bridesmaids had measured themselves wrong, and they still were so helpful and amazing through the process! Helped me get the dress in as little as 2 weeks due to it being so close to the event! Super thankful for them!! I have no idea how to add a photo, but when I figure it out I’ll add photos! For now, it is my profile picture!

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s graduation and was very happy with it. I ordered a size bigger than what she needed and it fit her perfectly. I was worried it would not arrive on time so I emailed them and they answered me back promptly. I was happy with their product and customer service.
