I bid on a car and had the winning bid after som try where the bidding was extended 2 min. every time there was a new bid ind the last 2 min. Time ran out and I finally got the "you won the bid" - but about 30 seconds later the bid opened again and there was only 7 seconds left and a lost the bid. Totally unacceptable and frivolous. Won't ever use that site again. If you don't have better handle on an auction site with very expensive cars, then u should stay away.

Very disappointed with customer communication and service level I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment regarding Collecting Cars' communication and customer service. My frustration is not about the sale of the vehicle itself, but entirely about how the team communicates—or rather, fails to communicate—with their clients. Getting timely updates, clear answers, or proper follow-ups proved to be a frustrating process. Reaching out and maintaining contact is well below any acceptable standard. It feels entirely like a platform where the client's interests do not matter, and the sole focus is on making money rather than providing support. For a company handling high-value assets, transparent and responsive customer care should be the absolute minimum. Unfortunately, the service provided fell far short of expectations. I hope Collecting Cars takes this feedback seriously and drastically improves their communication for future clients.
