Metal components are poor quality
Purchased a Biothane collar and lead set two months ago for my Vizsla pup. Within a month the metal parts of the collar had gone rusty. Whilst my dog has been swimming a lot in the hot weather, these collars are advertised as suitable for swimmers (I went with biothane over leather for this reason). Now one of the rivets has come off too so the collar is useless. Really disappointing and a waste of money.

This is my second purchase
This is my second purchase. Excellent service and great product. I ordered the waterproof collar, leads and quilted mat. My dogs go in the sea every day and the collars are wonderful. I made a mistake when inputting my details for the engraving. Before completing my order customer services emailed to double check. Fantastic customer care! Fast delivery and will definitely order again soon.

Waterproof Biothane collar
I ordered my dog a leather collar in colour guacamole with rose gold hard ware and the quality and detail on the collar is beautiful. It came in immaculate condition and much quicker than expected. Would recommend, regretted not getting the lead to match. Will deffo buy from them again

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this collar. The quality is outstanding and it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into both the materials and the craftsmanship. The Harris Tweed looks fantastic, the brass clasp feels incredibly solid, and the overall finish is first class. It fits my dog perfectly and looks even better in person than it did in the photos. You can tell this is a premium product that’s built to last, rather than something cheaply made. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and everything arrived exactly as described. From start to finish, the whole experience has been excellent. If you’re looking for a high-quality dog collar that looks beautiful and is made to a very high standard, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Collared Creatures. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.
