All broken promises and breached contracts
We contracted with CoinUp on June 27,2026. A signed agreement. During onboarding we were promised on a recorded call a 3-5 day prep and a 3-5 day raise. We were told that a security was very difficult but due to the nature of our project as a Utility on SOL the raise was easy. Immediately after signing with Keith and KJ we were delayed repeatedly. We were then told that the dates would be missed due to "market conditions" and we would be launching in August 2026. We had already spent money and effort on press. We came to their date of mid August. With repeated calls on telegram, Whatsapp, emails, all of it they literally ghosted. They have gone into total breach of contract. There are over 12 hours of recordings of calls, dozens of emails for their promises and they have broken every single one. When I went to their community on telegram to try another means to contact someone they literally banned me from the group for a polite open request for communication. I would not trust them at all.

⚠️ BEWARE OF THIS SCAM EXCHANGE! Coinup.io Do not risk your money by registering or depositing funds on this platform. This is my personal experience with them. They may allow you to withdraw your funds the first time, but according to my experience, the situation can be completely different afterward. I have had a withdrawal pending since August 4, 2026, and it is still under review with absolutely no progress. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same scripted response telling me to wait, with no actual explanation or solution. Stay safe. Do your own research and think twice before trusting this platform with your money. upedated: till now i didnt get any active progress or any update about my issue, my withdrawal process is still pending more than 17 days and also the same scripted response from the customer service: please wait your process is under review. I think that if a specialized team were reviewing the accounts of drug dealers, the review would have been completed and finalized much faster than the review of my account. It’s as if they’re reviewing nuclear reactors. 😂😂😂 updated: my withdraw transactions have been confirmed (after 19 days my money has received)

CoinUp Exchange (coinup.io) has frozen my legitimate USDT assets for 8 days without any valid reason. Customer service 'Charlene' only repeats standard scripts about a 'unified risk assessment'. They refuse to provide clear justification or a compliance process. Is CoinUp facing a liquidity crisis or exiting? @MAS_sg please look into this entity operating from Singapore. #CoinUpScam
