I've been using the Coinstats app since 2020, and I'm not going to say it's been perfect, but every bug/glitch I've ever reported was resolved within a week, usually a few days. The features of the app are easy to use and understand. I've been using this to keep track of all my portfolios and I also use it to help others get into crypto. The converter calculator is one of my favorite tools to help people make a decision, if they're debating whether or not to get into crypto. I could go into grand detail about many features, but it would take too long. The price alerts are great because you can set them to a specific exchange. For example, if you're trading on Binance US, you'd want to track the prices on that exchange. But if you want to track the global average price, you can do that as well. As for customer service, the whole team is pretty awesome! They have the best customer service experience in the whole crypto community that I have experienced so far. I liked it more before the AI chatbot, but it's still not bad and I'm certain that it will improve over time. When I see there is an update for the app, I actually get a little excited because they've never had an update that didn't actually improve the app. With all of that being said, keep in mind that I've only been talking about the mobile app. There is a desktop/website version that offers other features that aren't available in the mobile app. But as someone who is physically active, the mobile app doesn't disappoint. In a nutshell, the whole experience has made me want to host a beach party for the team if I ever get rich. For years, I only had the basic free membership. Eventually, I went with a premium membership since I was able to earn it for free within the platform. I plan to upgrade my membership in the future because all I ever want is everything. Most people who are into crypto would probably be satisfied with a basic account. But if you're DEEP into crypto, you would probably use some of the premium features and thus I recommend a premium membership. After 6+ years, this is still by far, my favorite portfolio tracking multitool and my favorite team.
