Completed two diplomas at Code Institute (Full Stack Development and Data Analytics with AI) and got real, portfolio-ready projects out of both. Great mentorship and support throughout. Highly recommend if you want hands-, practical skills for a career in tech.

Very poor communication and lack of human support
Title: Very poor communication and total lack of human support I tried to enrol on the Full Stack course and made an honest mistake submitting my assessment early, after the system incorrectly showed me it had passed. Since then, I have reached out multiple times asking for help, to re-take the assessment or speak to someone to resolve this. All I received was automated replies and AI responses. No one ever called, no one answered my questions properly, and no one took responsibility. It feels like complete ghosting — they say they will contact you, but they never do. I am fully committed to learning coding, I have the will and the dedication, but I am being ignored and locked out over one simple error. If you are looking for a serious provider that actually supports students, this is not it. They show no respect for people who genuinely want to build a better future. Very unprofessional. Valeria

Level 3 Diploma - Sofware Development
I recently completed the Level 3 Software Development course with the Code Institute, and it was a fantastic introduction to a completely new field for me. Learning remotely was a first, but the way the course was structured with clear modules, steady pacing, and support from a dedicated facilitator, made the whole experience manageable and surprisingly efficient. For anyone with little to no coding experience, this course is a solid starting point. It not only teaches the fundamentals of software development but also shows you how to use practical AI tools along the way. A real highlight was being invited to a Teams call with Lorraine Hall, the CEO who is genuinely inspiring! I’d recommend this programme to anyone considering to learn about coding and computer languages in general. It wasn’t always easy, but the guidance and support were there when I needed it, and the journey was absolutely worth it.
