Deplorable customer service

Deplorable customer service! Had a broken pump (on delivery) on my bottle of self tanner and contacted customer service.(order placed in June) They got every possible piece of information to send me a new pump. They then ended chat and no further contact until July when I still hadn't received a new pump. They assured me they were going to send out a full new bottle because they didnt have pumps available to send. It is now August 24th and they still have not sent product nor issued a refund. With summer pretty much over I won't be using the product now and am out $100! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their website boasts that they stand by their product and offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed but that is absolutely not true.

Not worth the price or the hype

Not worth the price or the hype - Considering the SPF 50 Tan Boosting oil doesn't do the latter and the composition is extremely DIRTY (noted 0/20 on INCI due to a dangerous for your health endoctrine disruptor). So far I've had no issues with the SPF protection it gives. But it's very basic and not meant for lighter skins or very high UV rays, it's no SPF 50+++ as you would see on most products sold in pharmacies nowadays. I bought the set of both the SPF 50 Tan Boosting and the Tan Prolonging and Firming Oil for nearly 60€, they advertise it helps boost and prolong the tan but both are useless when it comes to this. The composition of the Tan Prolonging oil (after the shower) is cleaner than the SPF and absorbs quickly, but does it moisturize? Not really, funny for a body oil. Arrived quickly but the bottles caps where not screwed in properly, I was on the luckier side as nothing spilled but it could have had. Definitely not worth 59€ for so many inconvenients and if you care about your health, just buy Caudalie or a cleaner and cheaper brand for less than 20€ a bottle of proper SPF protection.

Sadly a no go

Purchased the tan boosting oil factor 50 and the tan prolonging oil. Wanted to love the product, but sadly got very burnt, even though I reapplied religiously. Used the tan prolonging oil after the shower, and though both products smell lovely, that's ll they do. I started peeling badly after a few days.

Our Tan Boosting Anti-Aging Body Oil SPF 50 has gone through rigorous testing and does protect against both UVA and UVB rays, so hearing this happened after following the instructions and reapplying is something we take very seriously and want to understand properly. Our Tan Prolonging Oil is designed to nourish and extend the life of a natural tan rather than provide SPF protection, so we'd also love to understand a little more about how the two were used together. Customer service is bad

Customer service is bad; they aren’t answering. They are selling worldwide and don’t have a proper return policy adapted to Europe. I wanted to return an unpacked product that I ordered twice by mistake and couldn’t return it for free.

We also want to apologise for the miscommunication around the return process and the delay it took in responding to you. We acknowledge that we incorrectly asked you to cover international return fees to send the product back to our US warehouse, when this wasn't the right path for your order - we should have asked you to send it to our EU warehouse, as we do have a returns policy adapted for all European customers. What an absolute garbage company

What an absolute garbage company. My wife's face reactled terribly to a face tanning mist, going badly red and having a horrific allergic reaction. The companies response was 'spray yourself again so we can see' I'd recommend staying away from this company completely
