Awful customer service
A friend and myself Bought a few items of clothing on Friday 28th August from Coco Blush in Monmouth and made the mistake of not trying it on as the shop was busy. My friend said she’d probably leave it and the lady said we do have a No Refund policy in the shop but if you bring it back within a couple of days we can issue you a refund. Sadly, I went back three hours later with two blouses that didn’t fit and asked if I could have a refund the lady in charge said no it’s not our Customer policy to issue refunds and said I could exchange. Anyway, I went to look for some items spoke to a couple of customers and said make sure you try on the stuff before you buy because they don’t issue refunds only only to be told to leave the shop without being allowed to even swap my items or exchange them! The three women were quite rude and aggressive and the one who said about the refund denied ever saying it. I’m sure you’re legally liable to issue refunds due to Customer rights. I left the shop gave my product to the charity shop next door hence to say I will never go back to Coco Blush in Monmouth. Awful customer service!!
