Exceptional
Dedicated, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and determined would be the words that would come to mind when thinking of my experience with Alfonso. Alfonso was a great help to me and my family when dealing with a property issue. Not only did he work diligently when dealing with our issue, he also displayed a sense of humour which I found particularly delightful. He responded to our calls promptly and made himself available for meetings as required. I was very satisfied with my experience and will certainly use Alfonso again in the future.

ALFONSO SOLER LAWYERS RECHTSANWÄLTE We cannot recommend Alfonso highly enough. He has been completely amazing in supporting our family during an incredibly difficult time. When we first contacted him to help us obtain Power of Attorney for both of my grandparents after they became unwell, he made the entire process quick, straightforward, and efficient. He truly went the extra mile — particularly as my grandmother has mobility issues. Alfonso arranged for a notary to visit their home so the required signatures could be completed without her needing to travel. He also prepared the documents in both Spanish and English so they could be used internationally, which was an outstanding service as my grandmother was unable to travel to the UK to sign a British Power of Attorney. Later, when my grandfather sadly passed away, Alfonso continued to be exceptional. We contacted him the day after my grandfather died, and when I flew to Spain, he made time to meet with me immediately — even rearranging other clients because he knew I was only there for a limited period. His kindness and responsiveness at such a difficult time meant so much to us. He went even further by visiting my grandparents’ home personally and helping me sort through the documents needed to process my grandfather’s will. As I do not speak Spanish, I was unsure what paperwork was required, but Alfonso guided me through everything with patience and professionalism. He visited the property multiple times and consistently went above and beyond to support us throughout the entire situation. Alfonso has always been prompt in his communication and has taken great care to ensure that everything was handled smoothly, with as little stress as possible for my grandmother. He also kept us fully informed while we were in the UK, which gave us enormous reassurance. He has been a phenomenal support to our family, and we truly could not have managed this process without him. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, compassion, and professionalism.

ALFONSO SOLER LAWYERS RECHTSANWÄLTE No podemos recomendar a Alfonso lo suficiente. Ha sido absolutamente increíble apoyando a nuestra familia durante un momento extremadamente difícil. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto con él por primera vez para ayudarnos a obtener el Poder Notarial para mis abuelos, después de que ambos se encontraran mal de salud, hizo que todo el proceso fuera rápido, sencillo y eficiente. Realmente hizo un esfuerzo adicional, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que mi abuela tiene problemas de movilidad. Alfonso organizó que un notario visitara su domicilio para que pudieran completar las firmas necesarias sin que ella tuviera que desplazarse. También preparó los documentos tanto en español como en inglés para que pudieran utilizarse internacionalmente, lo cual fue un servicio excepcional, ya que mi abuela no podía viajar al Reino Unido para firmar un Poder Notarial británico. Más tarde, cuando mi abuelo falleció tristemente, Alfonso continuó siendo excepcional. Nos pusimos en contacto con él al día siguiente del fallecimiento de mi abuelo y, cuando viajé a España, hizo todo lo posible por reunirse conmigo inmediatamente, incluso reorganizando a otros clientes, ya que sabía que yo solo estaría en España por un tiempo limitado. Su amabilidad y rapidez de respuesta en un momento tan difícil significaron mucho para nosotros. Fue aún más allá al visitar personalmente la casa de mis abuelos y ayudarme a organizar los documentos necesarios para tramitar el testamento de mi abuelo. Como no hablo español, no estaba seguro de qué documentación se requería, pero Alfonso me guió en todo momento con paciencia y profesionalidad. Ha visitado la propiedad en varias ocasiones y siempre ha hecho todo lo posible por apoyarnos durante toda la situación. Alfonso siempre ha sido muy ágil en sus comunicaciones y se ha asegurado de que todo se gestionara sin problemas, reduciendo al máximo el estrés para mi abuela. También nos mantuvo completamente informados mientras estábamos en el Reino Unido, lo que nos dio una enorme tranquilidad. Ha sido un apoyo extraordinario para nuestra familia y realmente no habríamos podido gestionar todo este proceso sin él. EXCEPTIONAL English-speaking Lawyer!
I cannot recommend Alfonso Soler highly enough! From the very first communication with Alfonso over 5 years ago, his commitment to our needs has been exceptional! He originally came to our rescue during the Covid pandemic, when we could not travel, and therefore could not resolve a massive issue we had with a rental agreement and dishonest tenants associated with our property. He was consistently attentive and active in our case throughout (and despite) the restrictions that everyone was facing at the time. Consequently, over a period of only a few months, he managed to resolve this for us, for which we will remain eternally grateful. He has continued to assist us with even the menial of concerns, ever since then. He initiated, and has now completed, the sale of our property, having been given Power of Attorney for us, less than 4 months ago! He is an excellent English-speaking lawyer. who has always explained everything in detail, and responds to calls and emails with the utmost promptness. He is efficient, conscientious and the most trustworthy professional we have ever met, and has now become a valued friend. Cabinet sérieux et efficace.
Très bon contact avec un cabinet qui s'est révélé très efficace. Ils m'ont aidé à récupérer un impôt retenu à la source qui n'aurait pas du l'être. Ils ont rapidement compris ma demande et se sont révélés très efficaces pour me permettre de récupérer cette somme (en moins de 3 semaines). Leurs honoraires m'ont de plus semblé raisonnables.
