The dedication of the coordinating physician, Dr. Gohar Khan, from Clinics on Call, Charyzel Guy as Hospital Coordinator, and my attending physician, Dr. Colombo, were extremely helpful. They were always concerned, attentive, and kind, both on the phone and in communication, and then in person—everything was first-class. Without a doubt, I will continue my treatment with them and will continue with them throughout my medical process. They are an extraordinary team, providing incredible support, and most importantly, they don't make you feel like a patient but like a person, which makes all the difference. It was a pleasure to be treated by them and to be their client, and I will continue to be one and recommend them 100%. Thank you, Clinics On Call team.

It's a wonderful experience with clinic on calls. I had my surgery in Kolan hospital and the staff, the surgeon and nurses are very professional, ready to assist and listens to concerns and feedback. Thank you Elizaveta for the wonderful experience.

I am deeply grateful to Clinic On Call. Traveling abroad for surgery as an international patient was overwhelming, but their team made the entire journey seamless from start to finish. It felt like having family by my side. A special thank you to my health coordinator, Elizaveta, for her constant guidance and support. I will gladly recommend this organization to everyone I know

Когда я искала врача-отоларинголога для решения серьезной проблемы — перфорации барабанной перепонки и замены кожи в слуховом проходе у моего сына, я отправила множество писем в клиники по всему миру в надежде найти квалифицированную помощь. Однако именно Вы первой откликнулись на мой крик о помощи, и это было для меня настоящим светом в конце туннеля. Ваш профессионализм и быстрая реакция удивили меня: Вы не только нашли подходящего врача, но и организовали онлайн-консультацию, видеозвонок и даже предоставили все необходимые документы, включая счет на оплату операции и список ближайших гостиниц. Все это было крайне важным для нас. По приезду в Стамбул, Ваше сопровождение было неоценимым: трансфер, переводчик и постоянная связь с Вами помогали нам чувствовать себя уверенно и спокойно в чужой стране. Excellent service and experience
The coordination and follow up all through the process was exceptional. Trying to get everything setup and aligned from a different country is challenging to say the least. Using Clinics on Call took all little uncertainties away and got them handled. Each step of the way they made sure I understood everything and was comfortable with everything. They had a person ready to meet me at the hospital when I arrived and took over the communication issues. Very professional service and thanks to those involved! Specifically Ewan & Mahsudy!
