One of the worst services!! No response for ticket raised
One of the worst services!!! Agency owners never ever trust their serivce, the software will go down unnoticed for few days and they will never respond even if we raise a ticket, been raising tickets for the past few days and has received zero respoinse, Requesting people to not to subscribe to them anymore.I am attaching the screen shots of unresponded emails sent to them as evidence.Any one who wish to opt this services kindly opt out at this moment, you will be have mental peace

STAY AWAY FROM THIS
Since the buyout, it's become a nightmare. Clientjoy is not abandonware. No support AT ALL. Posts and comments gets deleted on Fb groups, and all of the access to support on the website is not working. It's been a year I'm trying to cancel the add-on subscription and no boddy is answering AT ALL. What a shame! YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS

Run far far away from this company
Run far far away from this company! I haven’t been able to access my purchase for months now I’ve tried to login with no success. I’ve reached out to Support several times and they’ve assured me they have fixed the problem and I’m still unable to access anything and now they’ve just started ignoring me because they don’t know what to do. I’ve sent several emails letting them know. I’m struggling to login. I’m getting error messages. Nothing is working. Clearly something is broken in the back end or in the code, and they just keep sending me the same canned responses of "have I tried logging in" 🥲

No Support Or Follow Ups
I've used ClientJoy for years with little issues. I sell beats online and use the platform to get agreements signed. My last signature was completed on 1/29/26. I haven't been able to send invoices or agreements since then. I've had a ticket opened then suddenly closed with NO communication. A second attempt to contacting support is in limbo as I'm awaiting a reply as they've said they'll be looking into the issue. It seems since the sale with Synup this platform isn't what it used to be. I'm highly disappointed with the service received over the last few months, or lack of. Edit: My issue was fixed 4-21-26, which ended up being my SMTP settings needed to be updated. The weird thing is I never had problems with it or changed it before.

Account cut off unexpectedly
Account cut off unexpectedly. No support available. Tried since October to get assistance on why emails did not sync. Contacted support several times without response. Not worth your time to work with a company who cuts off their customers completely.
