Above and Beyond – Highly Recommended!
Our experience with Cleanify Immo, for the Swiss Deep Cleaning (Reinigung) was outstanding, and we want to give a special thank you to Catarina for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. She handled the end-of-tenancy deep cleaning of our apartment with exceptional care and attention to detail, and we were delighted to receive our full rental deposit back after the handover. Catarina also assisted with painting and made sure every requirement for the apartment handover was completed to an excellent standard and was there too for the key handover to our new tenants. What impressed us most was her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping her customers. She communicated clearly every step of the way, was incredibly approachable, and always made us feel confident that everything was under control. Moving home can be stressful, but Catarina made the entire experience so much easier. The service didn't end with our old apartment either. After collecting the keys to our new home, we realised it hadn't been properly deep cleaned by the previous occupants. Despite the short notice, Catarina was there to help us straight away, ensuring our new apartment was spotless before we settled in. That level of dedication is something you don't come across often. We are incredibly grateful for everything Catarina and the team did for us. Their reliability, flexibility, and high standard of work exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Swiss Deep Cleaning (Reinigung) to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional cleaning service. We had a very positive experience working with Cleanify Immo. Their team did an excellent job managing our relocation across Switzerland and end of tenancy cleaning for our commercial building, handling everything with professionalism and care. What stood out most was the attention they gave to our property - from fixing a damaged electrical outlet to cleaning glass facade - all completed with great attention to detail. A trustworthy, reliable, organised, and easy-to-work-with partner. We would gladly recommend their services.
