I had a mixed experience with Cksperformance. On the positive side, the products seem to be of good quality and arrived well-packed. However, there were issues with the description of the item I ordered, which led to confusion. Returning it turned out to be a hassle and quite costly, making the process frustrating. Customer service was not very helpful, and communication could have been better. Overall, it was okay but not great, so I’m giving them 3 stars.

Received damaged item!
I paid $119.00 usd for shipping alone and the grille box was damaged along with a clip being broken off the actual grille. The grille wasn’t even wrapped with bubble wrap. I immediately took pictures and reached out to CKS. Unfortunately, CKS told me to just glue/bond it, along with offering $15 for the glue/bond. This is unbelievable and I’ve never heard of a respected company handling business in this manner. How does the customer have to take the hit for this when I had nothing to do with the delivery process. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
