Lost money.
Lost $177. When vouchers were activated, all three tickets turned out to be invalid. Tried to call the office, got no call. Wrote on the web chat, no response. Money was not returned.

Would give zero stars if it was possible
Would give zero stars if it was possible! I bought a ticket for the bus to woodbury common, which I had to present at the shortline ticket counter to redeem. But when they checked it, it said the ticket was not valid. So I called city sightseeing and they confirmed my booking, but when I asked what to do now, they just hung up on me. Avoid this company!!!

Assolutamente pessimo servizio…
Assolutamente pessimo servizio acquistati 2 pass x 3gg nel 2020 che causa COVID sono stati sospesi e mi è stato proposto di prorogare la scadenza fino al 2022 ed ho accettato. Nell'organizzare il viaggio nel 2022 mi viene detto che non svolgono più il servizio e che posso o convertire i miei 2 pass da 3 giorni in 2 giornalieri o chiedere il rimborso. Chiedo il rimborso e sono 6 mesi che mi rimbalzano da un ufficio all'altro e chiedono di avere pazienza. Mi sembra che né ho avuta fin troppa di pazienza visto che sono passati ben 30 mesi dall'acquisto. Evitate questa compagnia. Vi consiglio invece Go city economico semplice veloce tutto su smartphone superconsogliato

VERY DISSATISIFED CUSTOME
When I purchased the passes in February of 2020 I was planning to take my granddaughter to New York for 2 weeks for her high school graduation present. I purchased the insurance so if I had to cancel (which I never thought would actually happen) I would receive a full refund. Then COVID hit. Since the passes were good for a year from date of purchase I thought I'd hold off on cancelling. In November of 2020 I decided I better cancel and when we were able to reschedule I would just order passes again. I called on November 9th and was told no timeframe for refund but give a couple weeks. After a couple weeks I called back and was told might be faster to send an e-mail. I sent the e-mail and received a reply that my refund would post back to my card in 3 weeks. The 3 weeks passed and no refund. I called again and was told my request was with accounting. I sent another e-mail and was told due to thousands of refund requests and low number of employees to process them it's taking longer than normal. They said please be patient and I was assured I would receive my refund. Fast Forward 6 months and still no refund. I've made several phone calls and sent several e-mails. I get the same response - be patient, you will get your refund. It seems a little curious that all replies are from "George". It would seem pretty unlikely that one person would happen to get all my e-mails from the thousands they claim they are receiving. I'm going to continue hoping my refund will eventually come but I'm not very confident.
