This company is out to get you, no understanding about customers, in a emergency event
We booked a stay, and had to cancel it a day later because of a serious health issue, so we communicated with them and even sent a note from the heart about it, and cancelled the booking 2 days later, immediately still charged me $1200 CAD dollars $500 in Swiss francs, and I explained it to them, but they would not give me back the money. I would never recommend such a company, which would charge that amount. We still had over 6 weeks to go before our booking, and we asked for leniency, since its a health issue, I travelled a lot, and that never happened to me.

Stayed at City Pop Berlin recently and had a good experience overall. I really loved the location. I only wish I had booked a larger apartment than the S Compact, with balcony, but it was all good. During my stay there was a construction site next door. It was quite loud for about three weeks while they were removing the roof and City Pop did what they could by regularly cleaning the balcony to remove the dust caused by the construction. Since I'm rating the apartment and the service rather than the neighboring building, still ready to keep all 5 stars. I waited around 20 days for my deposit refund. Apparently, refunds are processed much faster if you pay by credit card than by transfer. In my case, it took a little longer, but it still arrived within the guaranteed 30-day timeframe, so everything was fine. See you again for sure

Machine à cash sans égard pour ses locataires
Resté pendant 1 an et demi dans un Pop 1. Les logements n'étaient pas prêt, on a du être relogé pendant 1 mois dans un autre logement -> Hop les 2 déménagements ... 2. Il y avait des appart côté rue et d'autres côté cours. On avait spécifiquement choisi côté cours, mais on a été placé côté rue, en nous expliquant que la rue, bah c'est la cours ... On a du quand même démontrer ce quétait une rue pour être relogé 3. Je suis resté 1 semaine sans que ma porte se ferme (ce qui me semble quand même urgent). Le service de conciergerie de l'immeuble n'est apparemment pas préssé. A la fin j'ai acheté un tourne vis pour refaire la serrure moi même 4. Le service client de manière générale ... C'est l'application même de "je m'attendais à rien mais je suis quand même déçu". J'aurais préféré ne pas avoir de service client que le service client city pop. Des jours voir des semaines pour avoir des réponses. Si la moindre chose est deffectueuse dans votre appartement de par les précédents locataires, bah tant pis, ils ne le remettront jamais en forme. 5. Pour certains collègues qui étaient au city pop avec moi, ils ont été prélevés 2X dans le même mois sans explications. Difficile de se faire rembourser ... 6. Il fait une chaleur attroce durant tout l'été. Facilement 26/27/28 jusqu'à 32 perso en record 7. Au moment de réserver en Mars 2025, le batiment n'était pas fini et on a eu des photos d'un pop avec une chambre a part (ce n'est pas le cas) et une climatisation dans les étages supérieurs (ce n'est pas le cas) 8. Il y a 300 casiers au sous sol (1m²), on vous en prête un quand vous changez de pop mais attention, sur les 290 casiers libres, on vous dit qu'ils seront tous occupés quand vous changerez de pop (déménagement d'un appart à un autre) En mode vous donner un 2ème mètre carré pour déménager c'est trop 9. J'ai eu 4 pops différents, à force j'ai trouvé les codes pour les casiers,.. Les codes ne sont jamais changés, attention à la sécurité, je pourrais venir chaque mercredi/jeudi voler les affaires de tout le monde ________________________________________________________ Les seules raisons de venir ici, c'est si vraiment vous cherchez une location d'apoint avant de trouver un vrai appart, les apparts sont bien si les anciens locataires en ont prit soin
