This product is not fit-for-purpose, unless you want a useless and tatty piece of jewellery.
Replacement Ring still not working and the customer service ticket (#2396) was closed by them even after they replied to my previous review. Essentially, this product does not work, it was released too early and they cannot afford to give refunds to the many customers who have had failed and/or dangerous products - they told me my first faulty product shouldn’t we worn because it could be a danger to my health. Do not expect to be covered by UK or EU consumer law, I have sought legal advice and because the company are based in France but deal from Hong Kong, it would be too costly to file a case in the UK small claims court. In the end, this is just an expensive and useless piece of tatty jewellery.

Kickstarter backer thoroughly disapointed with customer service
I originally backed this company on kickstarter for the Curcular Ring 2. They took months longer than anticipated to deliver their perks, and after that they put features promised in the campaign behind a subscription. After a few months of daily wear, the clear material coating the electronics on the inner side of the ring cracked severely. I contacted support and, after weeks of waiting and needing to provide a full list of skincare and household products i have used while wearing the ring, i was promised a replacement. The replacement took three times longer to arrive than they promised and they sent me a scratched up refurbished ring. I couldnt connect the ring to the app because it was already associated with an account, so its essentially bricked. I immediately followed up with the email thread I had with support regarding the replacement. It has been a month and I haven't heard back. I can not emphasize enough the horendous and slow customer service I have received from this company. It is the worst I have ever received from a company. I would not recomend spending your money with them.

Perfect companion for shift work
As an ER nurse with rotating day/night shifts, my circadian rhythm is completely wrecked. Circular’s vitality and sleep score help me figure out when my body actually recovered enough to push through a intense workout vs when I should just rest. Worth every penny.

Zero stars. Total waste of time and money. I was one of the last kick starter contributors, based on available online reviews at the time. Purchased June 2025. Received rung August 2025. Started contacting support a few days later because I couldn't get the ring to connect to the app after initial sync. None of their online help resolved the issue. I spent days trying to get this thing working. I sent tech support all of the info and reports they requested. Tech support promised there was a server upgrade in the way and that it should be available "in a few weeks" and that they'd be in touch. This became a very familiar storyline I was told every time I reached out to them over the next six months trying to get this resolved. A month would go by with no info, I'd reach out, was asked for the same info every time, was told a server upgrade was in its way in a few weeks and that they'd be in touch. They never followed up. I finally gave up in February 2026 after six months of good faith effort on my part. Based on their total failure to ever follow up or get my ring working, it's clear they don't care. I'll never waste my time with one of their products again.

No support for existing customers-warranty is a joke
I was a backer for the Circular Ring 2 on kickstarter and was excited. I did months of research on best smart ring and based on CNET, TechMag and several other legitimate sources, I went with this one. I added the extended warranty as part of my purchase. Ring arrived after campaign and there were issues with syncing, tracking, support, you name it. But they were new so I gave them time to correct. The issue came when my Ring broke apart. The interior components just broke off. I never got it wet, never used it for sports or any of the scenarios it claims it can do. I reached out to file a claim and it started ok. They agreed it was under warranty and said I would return it once the new one shipped. It’s been 5 months and they still “don’t have the stock to provide a replacement for warranty claims”. Not a stock issue if you buy new, those they have. And after 3 months of promises and failing to deliver, they said I could purchase another one at a discount if I didn’t want to wait. Why the heck would I pay even more money for something that doesn’t work?!?! I have been patient but now I’m just pissed. There is no loyalty or support once you’ve given them your money. It’s all about new sales, not supporting those existing customers. I’ve been in the business world on multiple sides for over 25 years and this is absurd. Do not buy from them unless you don’t care how long it lasts or whether it works as advertised. There is no support.
