Fraud I guess
Same as others: wrong shoes, 25% refund offered, never received the money and no response to emails anymore. Thomas Kuiper or what he represents is fake and fraud, very disappointing

farò la segnalazione alla polizia postale mi hanno letteralmente rubato 270 eur per un ordine mai arrivato e mai rimborsato . state attenti sono dei ladri..Ho mandato 50 email non mi rispondono più..Spero che si comprino tutte medicine..Ho lavorato 2 giorni per quei soldi.. LADRI

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD This company says it’s a UK company on the homepage of the website and the Google listing is Southampton. It’s actually based in Vietnam. They sell fake trainers. When you complain they offer a 25% refund. If you don’t accept it they require you to post the trainers to a residential address in Vietnam. This will cost you £45 and the vendor will refuse to cover it. If you post the trainers, the recipient will refuse them and you will be charged to return them to the UK. This is a scam so there is no way to get your money back other than to talk to your bank. Do not bother with PayPal’s buyer protection as they will require you to post the trainers back at your own expense despite that being contrary to UK consumer law. Contact your bank directly to dispute the transaction. Explain that the trainers were “significantly not as described” because they were fake. If you have contacted Cinstrum they will try to twist what you say to imply that you have simply changed your mind rather than acknowledging they are fake. This is because changing your mind has a different status under consumer law and you have to then cover the cost of return. Tell your bank that the vendor has refused to collect, that they want you to post back to a residential address in Vietnam at your expense and that the trainers were significantly not as described. This is how I got my money back. Even though I stupidly used a debit card not a credit card.

Cinstrum is a fraud site
It's a criminal site. They sell fake shoes as if they are real for the full price. When you want to return they offer you a refund of 20% instead of treating you return with care. DO NOT BUY FROM CINSTRUM!

Betrügerseite! Verkauft Fälschungen zum Originalpreis. Die bestellten Nike Air Max haben dermaßen nach Chemie gestunken, sodass daran sofort erkennbar war, dass diese nicht original sind. Muss den Artikel jetzt für 25€ zurück nach Indonesien schicken und die Rückgabe über den PayPal-Käuferschutz abwickeln, da der Kundensupport versucht die Rückgabe zu umgehen. Erst mit 25% Preisnachlass und plötzlich bekomme ich eine Nachricht, dass mir jetzt einfach ein weiterer Artikel zugeschickt wurde, was ich nie in Auftrag gegeben habe (um mich weiter an den Kauf zu binden). FINGER WEG!
