I am extremely disappointed with both…
I am extremely disappointed with both the dress I received and the customer service from this company. This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The dress I received smells terrible, is not the same dress or color that was advertised, and the sizing is much larger than what their size chart indicates. I have repeatedly asked to return the dress for a full refund, but instead of honoring their advertised return policy, they offered me only a 12% refund. Their website clearly states: “14-Day Easy Returns If you're not satisfied, return your item within 14 days for a smooth and simple process.” Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but smooth or simple. I contacted them within the return period and have made it very clear that I am willing to send the dress back. All I am asking for is a return shipping label and a full refund to my original form of payment. I feel their advertised return policy is extremely misleading based on how my return request has been handled. Even more concerning, when I tried to leave a review on their website, it appeared that my review would not post unless I selected 5 stars. Customers should be able to leave an honest review about their experience, whether it is positive or negative. I am still trying to get my money back, and they are more than welcome to have their dress back they simply need to provide me with the return label they advertise as part of their “easy” return process. Based on my experience, I would never recommend purchasing from this company. Buyer beware!

Extremely disappointed – stay away!
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Chyrbaby has been an absolute nightmare. When the package finally arrived, I was devastated. The clothing looked nothing like the photos on their website. The fabric feels impossibly stiff and cheap, and the stitching is so rough and sloppy that it looks like zero care went into making it. To make matters worse, their customer service is an absolute joke. I reached out to ask for return instructions and a return address, expecting a simple solution. Instead, I got hit with a generic automated message offering me a discount on my next purchase—without answering my question at all. I replied again, explicitly begging for return details, only to get the exact same robotic discount message repeated back to me. It feels completely dishonest, like they are deliberately ignoring me to keep my money and prevent me from returning this terrible product. Save yourself the heartbreak and your hard-earned cash—do not buy from Chyrbaby!

I researched their return policy…
I researched their return policy thoroughly before purchasing a $250 dress from them… It made it sound like if you return it within 14 days there would be no problem… The problem comes in and that you can return it but you have to pay almost $80 in fees and mailing and shipping, etc. I will never ever buy anything from this company again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I bought three dresses from Chyrbaby, and honestly, I have never been so disappointed with an online purchase. What I received was nothing even remotely close to the photos or the dresses I thought I was buying. The material, quality, cut, fit, and overall appearance were unbelievably poor. Calling them “low quality” would actually be generous. When I held the dresses in my hands, I genuinely wondered: What do they think their customers are — that we won’t notice the difference between what they advertise and what they actually send? The dresses were so bad that I threw them in the garbage. I would not even donate them because I would feel terrible passing such poor-quality items on to someone else. What made the experience even worse was their customer service. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. They refused to take the dresses back and refused to refund even a single penny. Instead of acknowledging the obvious difference between their advertised products and what I received, they actually insisted that their quality was “the highest ever.” That response was honestly unbelievable. I am writing this review because I wish I had known about experiences like mine before trusting this company and spending my money. Please think very carefully before ordering. Based on my experience, the products I received were completely misrepresented, the quality was unacceptable, and the customer service offered absolutely no reasonable solution. Three dresses. Not one wearable. No return. No refund. No accountability. I strongly regret buying from this company and would never order from them again.
