I had issues with the watch delivery. The website (and in tandem with the watch dealer) responded in a fast manner to resolve the delivery issue. This made it a pleasant shopping experience for me!

Authentication and technical inspection under Escrow window.
Buying a used, valuable, (if not even historic) watch of course is a hassle. The watch needed authentication and technical inspection directly at the manufacturer, including a certificate of origin, because it had no official service history and the available papers did not match. All that needed to happen within the Escrow window. Super-transparent and trustful communication between the seller, the buyer, and the Chono24 Escrow team as the independent advisor made this adventure possible. And luckily, the manufacturer was most cooperative as well: within 11 days, we all objectively knew what we were looking at and we agreed on the final price - all that at practically no risk under the Chrono24 Escrow umbrella. The happy end is that an authentic unique timepiece will finally receive its long-deserved service at Glashuette Original.
