Ordered a knife from this website
Ordered a knife from this website. The knife did not arrive. I have not received a refund and when I contacted about the issue I just stopped getting replies. I still have not received the knife or a refund. Not happy

Knives Did Not Arrive
Order placed in November for delivery in the UK. On tracking it appeared to have arrived in Country and was at a delivery centre from the 13th Dec. In mid January I am now told that it was returned by customs and that a refund would be actioned immediately, that was 7 days ago. I am just so upset.

Customer service is a sham
Ordered a knife on the 30/11/21 and it looked like it was going to come within the 7-15day advised range. Got lost on the 13th, redelivered to a depot on 14th where it seems to have stayed ever since. I’ve emailed and sent WhatsApp for support in helping me find an deliver my knife but have had no reply for days. I’m honestly not very impressed with this service so far.

I have a few issues with the knife
I have a few issues with the knife. The main complaint I have is the handle, and how the images advertised online don't match the actual product. Firstly, the handle is made out of wood, and it is very lightweight. I've used hundreds of high quality knives, and weighting is important to have an efficient and effective chop/slice. This knife is just not balanced like a high quality knife would be. Then, you have the color and contrast. For me, the main reason I bought the knife was because I thought the handle would be bright, shiny, and beautiful looking. In real life it is actually quite dull with little contrast or brightness. The advertisements I saw made it seem like this handle would gleam in the light, with nice reflections on a smooth surface. For me, the combination of the weighting issue and the lack of brightness/reflectiveness and contrast in the handle affect both the functionality and the beauty of the knife. I'm not sure what else I can say. The blade is nice; no issues there.
