DO NOT BUY - kept my money against their own T&C
I ordered a dress from their EU storefront on August 2026 at the regular displayed price. No sale price, no crossed-out price, no sale badge was shown anywhere on the product page, and my order confirmation shows a single price with no discount. When it arrived, the dress was a letdown: the fabric, color and finish feel nothing like what the photos and the price promise. For what they charge, the quality is simply not there, and that is why I requested a return the same day the parcel arrived, well inside their own policy, which promises refunds to the original payment card for international card orders within 14 days of delivery. They refused the card refund, claiming it was a SALE item, and offered only store credit. As "proof" they sent a screenshot of a different storefront version than the one I bought from. Then, two days after I pointed out in writing that no sale was displayed, the product page was edited to add a crossed-out price and a sale notice, and in their next email they acknowledged this "subsequent update to the product page" themselves. The charge is disputed with my card issuer and a complaint is filed with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. Overpriced product, and a refund policy they rewrite after the fact. If you shop here from Europe because of the "EU Delivery Available" banner, know how it worked in my case.

Chic le Frique is fantastic!
Chic le Frique is amazing and my go-to online store for resort-style and vacation outfits! I also love their selection of dresses which range between daytime/weekend ensembles and chic/sexy dinner outfits! I especially love their selection way every item is delicately wrapped in tissue paper when being delivered and truly appreciate the 4-hr same day delivery option! Customer service is also super helpful and professional, truly a 5 star experience all around! ✨
