Dear Mr. James L., I am deeply disappointed by your generic, dismissive response. Passing the blame onto my financial institution is absurd given that my bank confirmed no issues on my end, and every other online transaction I have made went through seamlessly. The technical failures on your platform persisted for over a week—a systemic issue your company explicitly acknowledged by emailing me the apology code "SORRY15." The fact that your apology code failed to work, expired, and was followed by a customer service agent deflecting responsibility rather than resolving the issue speaks volumes. Instead of investigating a failure within your own system or honoring the courtesy discount you issued, you chose to dismiss a loyal customer. Keep the discount code. I will no longer be shopping with CHARLES & KEITH online or anywhere else. A business that refuses to take accountability and treats repeat customers with such disregard does not deserve my patronage.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I bought a bag from this company a long time ago that was supposed to be a gift for my friend. The website says that shipping is between 5-10 days but I have almost waited a month for this bag and there is no sign of the bag getting near me. I have contacted customer service and they say that there is nothing to do but wait for the bag to deliver. I have checked my local shipping company and it says that the bag is sent back to the company. I have written several emails telling them that the bag will not arrive because it is shipped back but they have not responded. It’s been days now and yet there is no respond to my emails

Bag never arrived, tracking shows it’s just stuck in Hong Kong, ordered 3 weeks ago(delivery said 3-7 days), they are destroying their own business leaving nearly every customer disappointed

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a backpack which turned out to be too small and then was told that I need to cover the costs for the return myself. Ok fine, but the cost for the return comes down to half the value of the product. I cannot use the product and am supposed to still pay over 50€ for returning it? This is half the value of my order - that is insane! How can a company have such a horrible return process in this day and age? I have no idea what to do now, but this sure was the first and last time I ordered from them! And if you want the option to return things that don't fit without bankrupting yourself, don't order from them either!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing quality and customer service If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first purchase from CHARLES & KEITH, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I received this bag on July 27 and had used it only three times when I noticed that the material on all four bottom corners was already peeling and damaged. For a bag from a brand like CHARLES & KEITH, this is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price. I contacted customer service and provided clear photos of the damage. Initially, I was offered a 10% partial refund. After explaining how disappointed I was, they increased the offer to 15%. I refused because I did not consider this an appropriate solution for a bag that had deteriorated after only three uses. They eventually offered a full refund, but only if I permanently destroyed the bag and sent them a video proving that it had been destroyed. The problem was that I was travelling and did not have the bag with me, so I asked for some additional time until I returned home. Instead, I was given only two days to respond, and I was told that my case would otherwise be closed. As a result, I felt that I had no choice but to accept the 15% refund, even though I was extremely dissatisfied with the product. I paid for a branded bag expecting quality, and unfortunately, this is not what I received. Very disappointing experience with both the product quality and the customer service.
