A good experience
Started ordering from Chaos Cards in the past year and it's been a good experience so far with items delivered quickly and safely. Prices can vary a bit sometimes but usually reasonable and their invite system for products seems fairer than a lot of other card shops and retailers too, which is a plus.

Haven't purchased from CC in a bit, but felt like I should post a positive reply after having to leave a negative one for a different board game store. Chaos Cards is my default shop, it's my go-to as they tend to have the best prices and have the newest stock when it comes out. Other places don't necessarily stock everything, but it very much feels like CC does. There was one time where I purchased a damaged item, only to see this game in stock a week later, undamaged stock, for actually a fair bit cheaper than I paid for the damaged one. I was lightly miffed but not too much so because I knew if I brought it up it'd be dealt with. And it was. Even though I'm *fully* aware they didn't have to do anything. So it was fine. That's the service they have fostered over the years, I am always 100% confident about every purchase. My shiny gold membership has been nothing but pleasant. The last item was Slay the Spire, which I got for a steal as it was "damaged". Only to have it arrive and me be concerned they'd sent a normal one because I couldn't even spot what the issue was. When their "damaged" items arrive in a better state than other shops brand new items, you know it's a place which cares about their items and how they treat and ship them.

Glad they implemented an invite system although not been lucky yet. Made a few purchases always arrive within a few days. Well packaged. No issues, just find some prices for certain packs of cards very expensive when they should be retail price.

Do not bother this site is a proper scam they never allocate any stock to you ... just their friends are somehow very lucky with the drops .. funniest part is when you trying to publish negative review on fefo they will not publish ... the publishing just positive ones... Absolute shocking company do not bother avoid like plaque .. CLOWNS AND SCAMMERS

Chaos cards has been consistently exceptional. I have been shopping here for 10 years and became a gold member in Year 1. Communication, pricing and selection of games continue to be top notch. Keep up the good work!
