Test never made it to lab
I sent off my blood samples and over 10 working days later they still haven't made it to the lab. even if they did now they've been in an envelope for 2+ weeks so results are unlikely to be meaningful. It took 3 attempts to even get an auto-reply when I tried the customer service page, I am still waiting on any sort of response from the company to my request for an update or a refund.

Ordered a cholesterol test and was sent…
Ordered a cholesterol test and was sent a vitamin D test. ID of test was ORDER IE-4863. Got refunded but was lot of hassle and don't trust to order again. Pity as idea of this service is a good one.

Avoid - other providers can't be worse
Test 1- Vitamin D test - I sent a sample and after 2 weeks no word, so I followed up. They told me it had not been received and did I want to wait longer or to re-order test free of charge, I chose the latter. Within minutes of choosing a retest I was informed that they had located my sample and that it would be tested a few days later, I eventually got results but I have no confidence over chain of custody of the sample as it was lost and then found, no record of receipt, but then could be tested. Test 2 - Gut Health - Same again sent the sample not received after two weeks, I contacted the company, no reply for a week, I contacted them again, they have not received the sample, they offer a replacement test and confirm it will be sent shortly, 1 week later still no confirmation of dispatch or sign of a replacement test. There are other providers, I don't imagine the service can be much worse.

Terrible service
Terrible service! After I paid for my test online, I didn’t receive my order for almost 10 days so I requested a refund. Customer service took around 5 days to respond and informed me that my order has been cancelled and refunded but a few days later, I’m yet to receive the refund. Won’t recommend at all. Try letsgetchecked.com for a better service
