Absolute garbage system and zero support. Fix my account immediately!Yesterday, I finally managed to complete your broken ID verification process after it repeatedly failed for days. I reached the success screen on my PC, only for your system to immediately log me out upon redirecting to the OneForma homepage.When I tried to log back in, I was hit with an error stating: "Current user is Inactivated."Because your system kept failing my earlier attempts, you clearly flagged my successful verification as "suspicious activity" and blocked my profile without a shred of justification or warning. This is completely unacceptable. You cannot block users for your own technical glitches.Unblock my account and fix this error immediately. Case ID: 9466375

Be very careful working for Centific / OneForma - They withhold your money!
Be very careful working for Centific/OneForma. They are currently withholding my earnings (almost $300) for work that was fully completed and officially approved by them. My assigned Payoneer account was disabled, so the payment bounced back to OneForma. Around the exact same time, my OneForma account was mistakenly disabled. The real issue is their completely broken support system. I have sent dozens of emails to their payment support team. Every single time, an automated bot replies telling me to "log into my account to update my payment method". It is physically impossible for me to log in because THEY disabled my account! I cannot use Payoneer and I cannot log into OneForma to change my payment details. I have repeatedly asked for a human agent from Finance to manually transfer my legitimately earned money via an alternative method like PayPal. They just ignore my messages and send the exact same automated template over and over again. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. You have a legal obligation to pay your freelancers for their approved work. Stop hiding behind broken bots, read your emails, and have a real human process my manual payment immediately.

Es increíble la cantidad de personas que han sido explotadas por esta compañía, mi hijo es uno de los cuales han sido afectados por esta compañía, dos meses señores dos meses sin pagar nada de sueldo!!! Es increíble que estando es los Estados Unidos esté pasando esto, Ah!!!! Pero lo olvidaba, son a personas que contratan para trabajar desde otros países, nada tontos verdad? Cómo podrán ellos reclamar? Bueno pues yo si podré hacerlo … estoy en el país de las demandas y tal parece que es justo lo que quieren!!! Poca vergüenza de compañía!!!

They aggressively bid for as many contracts with major tech companies as possible, then launch large-scale recruitment drives. After that, contributors are flooded with emails about project guidelines, certifications, assessments, and production tasks, but when you reach out with questions (project-related, late payment, hourly rates, etc.), there’s little to no response. Another frustrating pattern is the constant outreach: they keep inviting you to join projects, yet fail to disclose the hourly rate, even after the project has ended:)))) For projects like Karl/Atlas, when contributors repeatedly ask about pay, project managers claim they don’t know. Despite ongoing questions from contributors, the projects continue without any transparency on compensation. They simply avoid giving a clear answer, insisting that the client, not them, decides the rate, even though they are the ones managing the project on the client’s behalf:)))) To make matters worse, payments are often delayed by 2–3 months, sometimes even longer. Overall, it’s a highly disorganized and frustrating experience working with such an agency. Every review you read about this agency is accurate and based on real contributor experiences. If you choose to ignore them, you may regret it later. The agency claims to be responsive on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, but in reality, that’s not the case, your messages are likely to be ignored there as well.
