⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Innotox. The product was very easy to work with and provided excellent, consistent results. The price was very reasonable, making it a great value. I also appreciated the shipping process—the tracking was accurate, and the email updates kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

I'm really disappointed
I'm really disappointed. The package took forever to arrive and when it finally came it had no samples or goodies. It was left roasting in the sun left on rocks. The ice packs were literally hot to the touch I reached out and spoke to customer service and they didn't even offer any resolution. Also, for Nabota 200 I shouldn't be seeing any movement but, I am which leads me to believe that the heat DID affect the product. Lesson learned, I'm gonna stick with AceCosm and Meamo. ):

My package was very securely wrapped …
My package was very securely wrapped and when I had issues getting it here the customer service team was extremely helpful with assisting me. It isn’t often you find customer service that actually works for the consumer anymore but they truly care. I’ll continue to support this company!

Outstanding customer service
I’ve ordered from Celmade several times and my orders arrived very quickly. This last order had an issue that was shipping related and the support team at Celmade has outdone any business that I have ever had to contact!! They replied to me instantly and made sure that either my package would arrive or I would be refunded. First class service is what you get with Celmade!! I love the products and the customer service. This is the way businesses should operate.
