Casino doesnt pay out winnings and disapears
Judging by the reviews on here, its safe to say this casino is a scam. I deposited, played one slot machine, made sure I followed their ToS, I made the turnover for my depsoit and tried to cash out. Was told a withdrawal usualy takes 15-20 minutes. Several hours later and with no response from support-email, the live chat agent tells me that they will ask the manager about it so I have to wait further. I mention that its unprofessional to answer "someone else will handle this later" instead of giving me a satisfying answer and I mention its suspicious concidering all the reviews here are about the casino not paying out withdrawals. The agent abruptley closed the chat and after that, Live-chat was closed and could not be reached only stating "we are away for the moment". Stay away from these jokers.

C’est bien beau d’affirmer publiquement que je disposerais de plusieurs comptes, mais encore faudrait-il être en mesure de le démontrer. Je vous demande une nouvelle fois de me fournir les preuves concrètes sur lesquelles vous fondez cette accusation: comptes concernés, éléments permettant de les relier, dates, informations utilisées lors de votre vérification, etc. Je vous ai déjà demandé à plusieurs reprises par e-mail de me communiquer ces éléments, sans jamais obtenir de réponse satisfaisante. Si vous êtes réellement certains de votre enquête, alors fournissez simplement les preuves. Je suis parfaitement disposé à ce que ces éléments soient également transmis à toute autorité compétente pour vérification.

Waste of money, SCAMMM
I signed up and deposited a couple days ago. I'm not waiting on about 500 dollars in winnings to be withdrawn. There's nowhere to check the status of your withdrawals and when I attempted to contact live support that is supposed to be available 24/7 it says we're away right now try again later. I sent a formal complaint via email. Don't waste your time or money on this casino. They advertise instant withdrawals with max 1 hour of time due to a que in the system if it's busy. 99 percent sure they are just a scam and I will be reporting them everywhere possible.
