Love the product
I was really happy with how quick it came in and the quality of the piece. I am pleased that the product was what it was advertised as, in a world full of scams it was quite nice. I also love the variety of bracelets and think it’s a great selling point. Lastly, I haven’t taken it off😁

SCAM COMPANY- DO NOT BUY order #431665921 I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Cascalia. The watch itself did not meet my expectations so I wanted to return it, but the return process has been even more frustrating. On their website it says, 30 day hassle free return and exchange policy. But when I initiated a return, I was told I would have to pay duties and the shipping fee, but the shipping quotes I found were over $200. I’ve had to search all across the city trying to find a more reasonable shipping option, wasting a significant amount of my time and effort just to return a product I’m unhappy with. I should not have to spend hundreds of dollars and go through this much hassle simply to resolve a return. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cascalia. Before purchasing, I strongly suggest checking their return requirements and finding out exactly how much it could cost you to send an item back.

The delivery company failed to delivered my order wristwatch after the tracking showed delivered and collected by me. I reached out to the delivery company and was very surprised when they said I should give them five working days to get back to me! Their delivery guys went away with my order and its taking them 5 days to give me a feedback!

Cascara quality
Cascara delivers quality timepieces at an appropriate price point. The delivery itself should receive top honors. The packaging itself is magnificent and I now have 4 watches to prove it. I don't imagine that I will be shopping at many other retailers now that I have Cascara.
