cute table lamps
bought some cute table lamps for my kids. one of them didn't work correctly and they immediately sent a full replacement. rare to find such good customer service and prompt action. i would buy from them again!

I had a problem Casa Di Lumo was like a friend coming to help me.
Casa Di Lumo provided comprehensive support and was in constant contact with me to resolve a problem I had that was on going for some time. Something happened one day some time ago where about 200mm in two sections stopped lighting and the colour charged relative to the remote. Ie Red was Blue etc. I was disappointed and as I had bought from a local auction here Australia, thought there was nothing I could do. Recently I found the makers of the infinity mirror. I wrote asking for their help and was surprised to receive an immediate email offering help. Long story but it turned out to be a program issue, and now it is fixed and running perfectly. Every time I look at it, I am filled with joy. 1st because it is fixed and 2nd it is an amazing mirror and has always brought me joy. When i have something on my mind I sometimes stand in front of it and let my mind wonder into infinity. Great service and product support for their product, even though I wasn't their customer. They are very proud of their products. I've got the large infinity mirror. Now I want 2 small infinity mirrors to hang each side.

The product arrived fine,(lumilinks) its a very tight fit so have to be very careful when installing, the app doesn’t seems to want to connect to my lights but the remote works just fine, overall best product, could use an upgrade on quality for the price but overall satisfied

Kindness matters
I don’t know where to start. I bought a lamp from Casa Di Lumo and it is one of my favorite things. I was having an issue with it and this company went above and beyond to resolve it. I have not been treated with such kindness and goodness in a very long time. I would give them ten stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
