A bunch of loosers.
A bunch of loosers. I booke flight and car via Wizzair at Carwiz. Wizzair flight was late. Arrived at rental comapny, they would not give me the car, nor a refund because i am late. Car was fully paid, fully insured. I am now no car, no money! Wizz is nowhere to find or to pick up a call. LAME SCAMMERS! Carwizz blames wizzair. Wizzair blames Carwizz....

Une catastrophe
Une catastrophe! Etat de la voiture déplorable à la location: carrosserie extrêmement endommagée, intérieur sale, voyant pressions des pneus allumé, pas de liquide essuies glaces, plage arrière cassée, rétroviseur scotché, etc. Surtaxe correspondant au prix de la location de voiture car en procession d’une carte de crédit « débit » et non « crédit ». Impossible d’annuler la location car agence située à l’extérieur de l’enceinte de l’aéroport d’Heraklion. Malgré des signalements à répétition par des appels téléphoniques, agence décline le remplacement du véhicule. Je déconseille fortement.

**Unexpected €40 charge despite booking explicitly being for 22:00** We booked and prepaid a rental car for collection at Let's Drive, Chania Airport, at **22:00**. The booking voucher clearly showed the supplier's regular opening hours ending at **21:58**, with 21:59–23:59 marked as “Out of Hours service times”. More importantly, the voucher stated: “**All mandatory fees are included in the price shown**” and specifically listed the **Out of Hours Fee** among those mandatory fees. Nevertheless, when we arrived at approximately 22:20, we were required to pay an additional **€40 out-of-hours fee** before collecting the car ... THAT MORE THAN THE COMPLETE CAR HIRE FOR A WEEK!!! I have no objection to a clearly disclosed late-hours fee. What I object to is booking a 22:00 collection, being told that mandatory fees are included, paying the quoted price in full, and then being charged another €40 at the desk. The additional charge doubled the effective cost of what had appeared to be a very inexpensive rental. And neither was I alone in experiencing this (a couple and their kids had the same) and the the service personal complained about many customers being angry towards them on a evening basis ... go figure!! My advice: DONT BOOK Let's Drive

Triste esperienza di noleggio auto con CARWIZ/MOTUM all'aeroporto di Catania.
Ho noleggiato un'auto all'aeroporto di Catania con CARWIZ/MOTUM il 3 marzo 2026, proveniente da Bergamo. Mi hanno consegnato un'auto piena di molti graffi e mancante addirittura di una coppa nel cerchione di una ruota. Ero diretto in visita a un fratello grave, deceduto al mio arrivo a Caltanissetta, e quindi ho accettato l'auto così com'era. All'atto della riconsegna, il 9 maro, hanno riscontrato un piccolo segno millimetrico su una coppa, sicuramente preesistente, e mi hanno sottratto 150 euro dalla cauzione.La coppa nuova costa €. 57,47. Ho scritto ripetute lettere, dal 7 marzo fino al 17 agosto,per farmi rimborsare almeno la differena di €. 92,53, ma ho ricevuto risposte molto evasive e comunque di diniego. Sono stato preso semplicemente in giro. Mai capitato con nessuna altra Compagnia nei miei 60 anni di noleggi in aeroporti italiani. Avrei preferito farmi a piedi il tratto di straada Catania/Caltanissetta piuttosto che subire tale sopruso. Per quanto mi riguarda, mai più CARWIZ/MOTUM. Giuseppe
