Item works well but return policy is unbelievable.
The item works well on a smooth surface. The plastic disc that you can out down on a rough surface (in my car) does help keeping the mount attached. I ordered 3 of these but my other vehicles layout did not really make the car mount work. I requested that I send back 2 of the three - 2 unopened. If you don't like the product and want to return it for full credit, you have to send it to ESTONIA - postage cost more than the value of the mount. This is the response I got from car mount:We offer several options to proceed with your return. Please choose the one that works best for you: 1. Unused Item in Original Packaging: If the product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included, please ship it back to the following address: CARMOUNT Meistri 16-408, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia Phone: +372 56627205 Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund. 2. Used Item or Incomplete Set: If the product has been used or is missing parts, you can still return it to the above address. We will offer a 50% refund for the used product or a 100% store credit. 3. Most Popular Option ✅ To make the process more convenient, I am also offering you an alternative: a 20% refund without the need to return the item. This way, you get to keep the product and avoid the hassle of shipping it back. Easy return????? Reason for the three stars is that ridiculous return policy. I elected to get 20% back.

The Lamborghini of car mounts
This car mount is the best by far of all I have previously owned before. This mount is really solid. Don’t just get one, cos there are so many uses for it. The gym, the kitchen, the airplane and many more places. Everyone in your family must have one. Great deal too.

So far the best car mount I have used. It is made well, easy to use. It has mounted well on three different surfaces, and first I thought the magnet needed to be stronger, but once placed even, it holds really well.
