Exceeds expectations!
Beautiful shoes and the one pair I had to exchange was handled easily. I am working with Marie at Carmina for a custom order and she helped immensely, since I was not able to order via online because of my special choices. There has been constant updated communication and my questions answered right away. I used to order shoes with another company, but no one measures up to Carmina. Exceeds expectations!

Carmina Chelsea and Brand Experience
Given health challenges, I have had to change my approach to shoes, as well as dive deeper into how shoes fit, how they are constructed, and a host of other things. Along the way, my research led me to Carmina. And once I found them, I engaged their Customer Service team for help in thinking through how to address sizing, lasts, soles, and shoe types. Brenda picked up my first question, and stayed with me until I was able to select, purchase, and receive my new pair of Carmina Chelsea's on the Forest last, with the York sole. They are elegant, beautifully constructed, and as I mentioned to Brenda in a follow up email, it is simply the single best fitting and feeling shoes I have ever put on my feet. It is as if they were made just for me, and the Forest last had me in mind. Simply wonderful. Thank you Brenda, and the entire team responsible for these shoes and my experience. I could not have asked for anything else as a part of my first, but certainly not my last, experience with Carmina.

The shoes look great and feel…
The shoes look great and feel lightweight and very comfortable. I had a little trouble on the sizing so I would go try them on if possible. The team at Carmina was very helpful to me in finding the perfect size. I will definitely get more shoes from here in the future. Carmina - please open more shops across the US!

They are very flexible and cooperative…
They are very flexible and cooperative to accommodate special requests. I had ordered an item before heading out on vacation and they were able to ship it to a different country with near zero delay. The person who helped me through all of this was also very quick to respond. Most importantly their products are also of very high quality.
