THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY
There is no way to cancel the subscription, you cannot do it on the website and customer service is not getting back to me. Having to take it further through credit card company to get this resolved.

Intellect Group and Careerhero scams
Intellect Group appear to be posting non active roles in LinkedIn. After applying you might get a message from Connor W. via LI directing you to careerhreo.ie asking you to make your CV ATS ready afterwhich he will send your cv forward. It's not a free tool and he is company director at both. It's a compete scam followed by ghosting. Do not follow through.

My story is the same...LinkedIn message received: "Small resume Update to Move Forward Hi REDACTED, Thanks for applying — your profile looks strong, and I’d like to move you forward for the remote REDACTED role. Before that, could you confirm your notice period and that you’re able to work in alignment with standard US Central business hours? I also reviewed your resume in the client’s ATS system, and it’s currently scoring around 43%. That score doesn’t fully reflect your strengths, so a quick optimization through CareerHero.io helps applicants boost their match and visibility. Once you update it, I can resubmit your application right away. Thanks, Jessica Jessica Walsh Recruiting the top 1% in Remote Roles." UK records show Connor Walsh owns this site, which turned 1 year yesterday. I reported the msg to LinkedIn but they don't offer a space for explanation, and I doubt they'll do anything. This profile is a paid member and LinkedIn wants money as badly as the Connors.
