Dont order here, you dont get a track and trace and they wont send you your item. They wont react in email you send. Its a scam, be aware! Lucky i ordered with creditcard and i can ask my bank for a charge back.

Package arrived empty, no support
I ordered carbon tank protectors for my MT-09, but when the package arrived, the box was completely empty. The parcel was sealed, so the item was clearly never included. I contacted the company multiple times via email and live chat, but received no response at all. To make things worse, I even received an automatic email asking me to review the product, while my issue is still unresolved. Very disappointing experience. No product, no support, no communication. I cannot recommend this company.

Better communication needed. Decent product.
Upfront, the communication was the worst part. From other reviews, it seems to be the biggest thing they need to work . Just let customers know that there is a delay, and follow up if it goes on for an extended period of time. My item took almost a month after the original arrival date to ship, I got one response that said it would ship in a week but it took an additional month to ship. I never got a follow up until it shipped. They also ignored my question regarding registering an account on the website. So I am unable to provide photos and a review on the site like other customers have done. Which is a shame. For the product itself, it was mostly great. This was a gas tank cover. It fit almost perfect but there is a gap near the gas cap. I'm not sure if this serves a purpose or is intentional? But from the one review of the same piece, they don't appear to have the same gap. Other than that there was a small spot that was discolored. I'll cover this up with a grip pad but a little bummed it doesn't look as good as another customers' order. Edit: I noticed says this was an umprompted review but carbon2race did prompt me for a review which I assume they do with all orders. If I make future purchases I'll update my review. Hopefully even more positive in the future.

Bad communication, bad quality check, bad delivery time
Before placing my order, I asked about the delivery time. This was 3 weeks, so I placed my order immediately. After a month, I emailed asking about the status. No response for over a week. Then a response saying it would take another 5 working days. It ended up being a total wait of 2 months!! Today I received my order. The parts look great, but the rear fender is damaged. I contacted them immediately, but to date, I have not received a response. All in all, not a positive experience as far as I am concerned.
