Denied a Lead role for 'years of…
Denied a Lead role for 'years of experience' but pushed into Architecture interviews? I joined a big IT firm recently and I’m already regretting the move. They hired me just to keep me on the bench, and now I’m being pushed into client interviews that have absolutely nothing to do with my actual skill set. The most frustrating part was my last internal discussion. They told me I can't be a Lead because I don't have exactly 9 years of experience I’m only a few months short. Yet, the internal roles they are interviewing me for are at an Architecture level. How can I be 'too junior' for a Lead title but 'senior enough' to handle architecture? To top it off, the internal training is just mugging up code without caring if we understand the logic. I even took a pay cut to come here for the brand name, but now I feel stuck. Has anyone else faced these rigid year-based criteria even when the work expected is much higher? Should I wait to hit that 9-year mark or just move? Fake promises they do and HR back outs putting you in trouble.Specially in case of relocation amount,they promise something else they pay half of it.Beware of this.They pay only for 3-4 days they say. They hire you below your previous package.And they will tell you this at very last minute.Be clear on what you want. Nowhere you will find them fair enough. By God Grace, they just provide only drinking water, tea,coffee.Their floor always has water leakage problem. Their washroom either has leakage or not water .Their toilet looks like public toilet.

Capgemini is not worth any penny. Reasons are in allowing them to publish about war in Ukraine and other global wars - Example is their manager on Linkedin M. Markus, he shows explosions, people burning, killings on Linkedin, so Capgemini has allowed this to Staff and Ehics Codex is such as he presents as a part of the management team.

Nella media, buona la trasferta
Come società è tranquilla, ma la paga è ottima solo in regime di trasferta. Ultimamente le policy stanno diventando fumose e bisogna considerare bene le loro proposte se non si vuole rimanere sorpresi. Sono un po' asfissianti con mail e tempi burocratici e, a volte, si svegliano con comunicazioni da rispettare in tempi brevissimi.
