Nasty staff (Ute)
Nasty, rude and downright unfriendly service. Don't be fooled by this woman Ute's "so called" friendly helpful service, if you make a query she was helpful at first but turned sour when she thought she wasnt getting business. Terrible company/owner Ute is only interested in your money and pretends she is helpful until she thinks youre not going to purchase. I suggest a more friendly aproachable company that has good customer service not this one.

So Helpful!!! Thank you Ute for your prompt attention to my questions and for all the help you have provided. No hard sell, just time spent explaining what could be happening for me and giving me many options to explore. Your empathic reply and your time spent was so much appreciated. In a time where Doctors don't know or are just so stretched and dont have the time it was stress releasing to just be heard and to be replied to by someone who clearly understands!! I am so pleased I reached out regarding my health issues. I now have a new start point for my self health research and feel much less weighed down and can see the light in the "not knowing tunnel of darkness".which is healing in itself! thank you again!

From start to finish the customer service was excellent. They try and help perform the correct tests for the issues you are experiencing. Ute is exceptionally helpful and answers emails if you have any questions.
