5 stars and had a problem.. give 10 if I could
2.64 GPM hot water unit. First off, what an intuitive product. Accurate, hot and easy to operate. We had a problem with pinched wires and needed a replacement gauge, but Camplux didn’t require we ship our unit back (I had gotten the unit working) and it was our only hot water source.. after a few questions and pictures sent, a new unit was promptly on the way! That’s customer service! The unit uses less than a tank of propane over a month with 2 people and heavy use. The 2.64 could easily power more than one shower but would need hard plumbing of course. 5 stars for the unit, 5 for customer service and product support! Amazing company!

THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY
STILL OWE ME MONEY! Sent back a shower that turned out to be too big. Responses from customer service are super slow and now they’re ghosting me having not refunded me the money. Stay clear

⭐ Broke after minimal use. Poor quality.
⭐ Shower head broke within a year of light use. Their 1-year warranty runs from purchase date, not delivery. Shipping took almost a month, so I missed the cutoff even though I'd had the product less than a year. Wouldn't buy again.

Poor durability of Nano 3 Pro
Their Camplux Nano 3 failed a couple of weeks out of warranty with one camping use and a benign use of two weeks in doors. Based on the symptoms they cite the internal contoller board which is non repairable. No offer of refund or replacement and a waste of £374. Will go for a Section 75 with my credit card company on the basis of unreasonable durability.
