An exceptional partner for our 2026 company retreat
We worked with The Campfire Company to plan and organize our company retreat in 2026, and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From our first conversations with Katarina, we felt we were in great hands. A particularly huge thank you goes to Letizia and Valeria, who were with us throughout most of the planning, organization, and on-site execution of the retreat. They were absolutely amazing to work with. What impressed us most was how proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested they were in making the retreat a great experience for our team. They often anticipated our needs before we even asked, and whenever plans changed or something unexpected came up, they reacted incredibly quickly and found the best possible solution. The entire process was extremely well organized and professional, while still feeling personal and caring. We always had the feeling that creating the best experience for our team was the priority. We would absolutely recommend working with them and would be very happy to do so again!

We recently used Campfire to host our company IRL in Berlin and honestly couldn't recommend them more highly. Leti and Mari were absolutely exceptional. From the first conversation to the final day of the event, nothing was ever too much hassle — they were organised, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond at every turn. In all the events we've run as a company, we've never worked with organisers quite like them. The proof is in the results — this was our highest rated IRL yet. If you're looking for an events team who will make you feel like you're their only client, look no further. We'll be back.

A team you can truly rely
We hosted our AI Summit with Campfire - nearly 500 attendees - and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Ideas, execution, responsiveness, commitment, hands-on effort: everything was exactly how you'd hope it to be. It's such a relief to know you can rely 100% on a team that consistently finds solutions and makes the right calls in the moment. I've worked with a lot of agencies over the years, and Campfire genuinely stood out. The on-site team was warm, professional, and - what I appreciated most - proactive. They didn't just "run" the event; they lived it with us. With real fascination for what we were doing, and always solution-oriented when something needed adjusting on the fly. The energy and dedication they brought was phenomenal. I'm certain this won't be our last event together. Thank you, Campfire!

The cooperation with Campfire and all the staff (Eleonora, Letizia and Francesca) has been perfect and very professional, planning and running a corporate event with 460 delegates here in Benidorm, Spain.
