Excellent price quality and results
Let's be straight: you get a great quality product for a very good price. If you compare with a gym membership, the whole bundle is a similar to one year of training in gym and you get plans for more than 6 years. The workouts are well specified, exercises clearly explained. My only reason for the 4 stars is that they make you wait for the upcoming workouts (like, if you start a program you can only do the 2 Week workout after 2 weeks).

The best there is
There are millions of guides, programs and tutorials out there but what separates Calimove is that Every exercise and progression is outlined carefully complimenting the previous exercise and can be tailored to any variation of being easy or hard I have researched lot of programs free and paid out there, and this is simply just plug and play No overthinking, no extra searches, everything you can think of is already included in the program which makes it the best out there

Worth your time and money.
I have the Mobility 2.0 and Calisthenics 1-5 programs. 2 years to the day at time of review. Currently mid-way through Calisthenics 4. The experience in a word, has been great. I'm not young and started from a pretty low flexibility and strength point, but can now handstand with the wall for balance, skin the cat with tucked legs, pull ups, and working on planches now. I am stronger and more flexible when compared to before; I feel healthier; my weight might have stayed the same but pants size is smaller; and am looking much more toned than before. If you're looking for a methodical, at your own pace, safe and structured way to get "healthier", this is it. Cons are generally minor, and since i can't take away fractions of a star have left the review at 5. 1) the nutrition plan is a separate additional cost, and nutrition is essential. I didn't get it since i like to control my own diet. 2) some of the instructional videos could do with a bit more detail and you'll have to email them (they respond efficiently). 3) some of the easier progression exercises are not easy enough for someone who's just started, and an even easier progression is needed. Again just email them.
