I ordered for 165 USD products
I ordered for 165 USD products. They were very supportive at the moment of my ordering. Products were not correct and I sent it back, correctly within the timeframe and with the evidence from the post-office. Products were received back by them but they don't pay me back! They even don't answer anymore to mails. Don't buy with them, they seem fraudelous!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CABLELINKER. My experience with this company has been absolutely awful. I placed an order and realised less than five minutes later that I had entered the wrong delivery address. I immediately emailed them, following the exact procedure stated on their website, which says to contact them if there is a problem with your address. They did not respond for around 48 hours. When they finally came back to me, they simply said it was impossible to cancel the order because it had already been processed. I contacted them almost immediately after placing it, so I genuinely do not understand how they can justify this. Every time I have tried to contact customer service since, I have received nothing but automated emails. There seems to be no meaningful way of speaking to an actual person or resolving a problem. The whole experience has felt incredibly dishonest and completely unacceptable. Their own instructions tell customers to email them about address problems, yet when you actually do so, they don’t respond until it is supposedly too late to do anything. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Based on my experience, their customer service is practically nonexistent and I would never order from them again.

Customer service took a while to respond. But once they did it was quick resolution. I appreciate them addressing the issue

This is a horrible company they don’t answer calls make it impossible to get ur money back or make a return no matter what number you push nobody will answer if you dnt like giving ur money away don’t buy anything from this company
