Bad experience
Dont bother and make sure ypu dont become a member coz you can't take it off afterwards One of the worst dating sites...there is no ppl to chat to and I can't even cancel my membership there is no link theh saying on their homepage to cancel it i have emailed few times over 2days for them to cancel it and heard nothing back...its very annoying...

I "signed up" without even being aware…
I "signed up" without even being aware that I'd done that, then was send a "second and final reminder" for a ridiculously high fee plus unspecified "costs" and interest, without ever being send a first reminder, or even an initial bill. And the dating experience - as far as I even remember it - was rubbish. In summary, don't touch C-Date with a bargepole, even if you have a really long bargepole.

Any other option must be better than this.
Really poor quality site: no search functionality, and "matches" that it sends you are rarely from anywhere nearby, and don't necessarily have anything that you'd actually be looking for. You have to pay to send messages, and in the trial month it looks very much like anyone you send a message to has to have paid as well to respond (as opposed to other sites that let you reply for free). Trying to find the system to cancel the subscription was convoluted, and not where it says it is from the help pages. They did at least actually do it for me, so it's possible that they've sorted that out. Rebilling automatically at four times the monthly cost is, at best, unethical - especially for a site that is this bad. There are better sites out there - even POF is better than this.

Don’t go anywhere near
I have just received a letter from a Solicitors in Luxembourg asking for an astronomical bill for services in April. They say it is the second letter sent this is the first I cancelled the subscription 3 days before the renew date . I did not receive anyone back but thought nothing of it. Now I have this legal letter and by all accounts I am not the first or last. Company like these should be banned from this country they are a disgrace. Don’t go anywhere near them. D Turner

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Do not reply to emails. I've asked them not to renew my subscription. No reply. Luckily I used PayPal to subscribe. Get a reply with no link to send reply I notice below they are asking for more details. I'm happy to do so but please provide a direct link
