Great Product, Disappointing Packaging Change
I would have given this 5 stars, as I genuinely love the scrub itself. It leaves my hair and scalp feeling really clean and refreshed, and I’ve been very happy with the results. Unfortunately, I can no longer give it 5 stars because the packaging has changed. The bottle no longer comes with the nozzle, which made it really easy to apply the scrub directly to the scalp in targeted sections and create the “lines” referred to on the website. Without the nozzle, it’s much harder to control how much product comes out, which means more product is being wasted. I contacted Erim and was disappointed to have it confirmed that the nozzle bottle won’t be returning. I’ve now had to buy a separate plastic squeeze applicator bottle from Amazon and plan to transfer the product into that so I can continue applying it as I did previously. I also think the website needs updating to remove references to the nozzle/application method, or at least make it clear that the packaging has changed. Such a shame because the actual scrub is fantastic — I’m genuinely gutted that such a useful part of the packaging has been removed.

Very disappointing experience .
Very disappointing experience .. waited so long for the shampoo and finally in stock so ordered it. 3 days later received a bottle labeled conditioner. After many emails I was told the shampoo had been sent out with an incorrect label . How can that be and just told to accept it. The texture will be different to the conditioner. You are not allowed to send out incorrect labeled items. What if there was an allergy? Very poor from your side and not even sent out a correct labeled shampoo. How do I know the ingredients in there?

Excellent hair products
I have used a number of the products from the oil, shampoo and conditioner and the hair brush for myself and my son everything has been excellent and smells amazing too! Super easy to use the website and great products love the brand

I met Erim first at the pop up in…
I met Erim first at the pop up in westfield and she was so informative about hair and scalp health! Her products smell divine and I literally dont travel anywhere without my hair oil and hair mist! I get compliments on the beautiful mist scent. Her products work well for my dry curly hair and I feel like my hair has grown faster too! Thanks Erim!
