I’m so disappointed of the product

I’m so disappointed of believing that this product will help me as the commercial manifest. I already have almost 2 months taking the pills and instead of helping loose weight has been hurting my digestive system. Someone calls me once and because I did not accepted to spend more money in adding other products, he did not gave me the necessary support as he mentioned at the beginning of our conversation. This is a catch only to steal money from people. I'm trying to find the way to return the merchandise

Prompt refund for scam product

While I’m embarrassed to admit that I got suckered in to purchasing a product that. Was a complete scam (CogniHoney: Do Not Buy!), my refund upon returning the bottles was prompt and complete. Since this a very expensive hoax, I was relieved to see the refund on my credit card almost immediately.

Payment cleared in seconds. Cancellation ignored for four days. Refund "could not be completed."

BuyGoods was the merchant of record on my order (#AE2ZC2RN, MemoCept 3 bottles — $207.00 + $9.99 shipping = $216.99, August 20, 2026). They are the name on my card statement, so they are the party I hold responsible. 5:07 pm EDT, the same day, roughly ten minutes after checkout, I submitted a cancellation through BuyGoods' own support form, under the category "Returns and refunds," with the message "Cancel it. Please." Nothing had shipped. The reply, three hours later, was not a cancellation. It was: "Before we proceed, I'd like to offer you 25% of your money back while you keep the product… Simply reply 'Yes'." The next morning I wrote back: "Cancel it. And refund my money." One minute later: "I understand that offer wasn't quite right for you. Let me do better. How about 50% of your money back while keeping the product?" I never accepted either. On August 24 — four days after my first cancellation — they shipped it. On August 26, I wrote asking for a prepaid return label and a full refund. The answer: "I attempted to process your refund, but unfortunately it could not be completed at this time. I've escalated this to our support team, and someone will follow up with you shortly." No reason. No timeline. No follow-up since. Two things bother me most. First, a cancellation filed ten minutes after purchase, through their own system, in the correct category, did not stop fulfillment — it triggered a retention script. Second, once the partial-refund offers were declined, the actual refund apparently couldn't be executed at all. If you buy from any brand that checks out through BuyGoods, know that "cancel my order" is treated as the opening of a negotiation, not an instruction. I'm now going through my card issuer instead.
