Very good service, this Bulksupplements.com!
Frankly, I'm very impressed! I ordered Allulose and it got to PA within 2 DAYS using UPS Ground!!! I'm astounded! I'm using it now and absolutely pleased. It tastes JUST like sugar. This is a gamechanger. I hope to use this product for the rest of my life and it keeps my pre-diabetes under control by not eating any regular sugar!

Terrible customer service, and their EAA tastes like burned feathers and vomit...
I've been a customer of Bulk Supplements for years, and have never tried to return a product until now. I found out the hard way that their EAA tastes like a mix between burned feathers and vomit. I tried masking the taste with different things, and I couldn't do it. I think there's either something wrong with their formulation, or they got a bad batch. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, because they noted the item is returnable on the website, and online. I heard back from Ashlyn in customer service, who didn't address my concerns, but curtly informed me via email: "Bulksupplements.com is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded. Shipping Insurance is not refundable. We do not taste-test our products, so we cannot guarantee or state how they will taste." She then went on to talk about how the products are tested for purities...which I appreciate when buying, but don't when I'm trying to make a return of something I'm not happy with. Here's their return policy for opened products: We do accept returns within our 30-day Return Policy. Please process your return on the following link: returns.bulksupplements dot com 1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your return RMA number and a note specifying your reason for return, securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. 2. Go to the local post office or another courier to ship the package. The return address for the package: BulkSupplements.com 640 W Lake Mead Pkwy Henderson, NV 89015 3. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and when a refund is issued. Return unopened items within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price (with no cosmetic damage to the bags/labels). Return open items within 30 days from the invoice date for a partial refund equivalent to the price of the smallest unit available for that product. If the smallest unit is purchased, there will be no refund. * Ex: If you purchase a 1 kg bag of Creatine Powder and wish to return it after opening, you will receive a refund equivalent to the price of our smallest unit of that product. *Ex: If you purchase the smallest size, which is 100g(for the majority of our products), and it is returned opened, there will be no refund. Customer Service Representative ______________________________________________________________________________________ SO, doing the math here, I would have had to pay around $10 to ship a kilo bag from the east coast to NV. And for a 1K bag that I paid $35.07 for, I would only possibly receive $19.97 back from...that's about $10 back for something I paid almost $40 for. That's not a return policy, that's a scam. Long time customer, and appreciate the purity stuff, but I'm out.
