This company will not resolve your issues!!!
I have had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased the Ergobaby Metro+, which was a lemon (Buyer beware - do NOT purchase this stroller!). The brakes and handle don't work, it makes a weird noise and one of the front wheels get stuck sometimes. I contacted customer services and they sent me a form. I filled out the form and provided videos of the issues. I was unable to provide the manufacturer's sticker, because it was not there. The customer service agent said they needed the sticker. I sent them pictures of the stroller with no label or where they to me the label would be. I then asked to speak a manager TWICE and still have received no contact. So now I'm stuck with a faulty stroller. AVOID this company at ALL costs!!!!

I had bought from this company many times for the past year since having my baby. I have since assumed it has gone into liquidation. They never failed to deliver speedily and items exactly as described at very cheap prices. I am gutted they are no longer! Also - sorry to the reviewer re: parcels being stolen, however it sounds like it’s the courier who are more at fault. Buggybaby didn’t have their own courier service to my knowledge and I received my items from the courier service DPD.

Ordered two dock a tots and a cover…
Ordered two dock a tots and a cover which was left outside my door. On arrival home it was stolen. I was told to report to police, I did, was told they’re awaiting a dpd response which I got in 24 hours to acknowledge negligent delivery location. It’s been over two weeks and still no refund. Now the email is dead and their website is down. Totally dodgy company.

Their customer service just disappeared…
Their customer service just disappeared when I had a problem with my buggy. I have written to them the first time in August for some problems with my buggy which was purchased less than a year ago so still in warranty. For weeks they told me they didn't have any updates from the supplier but when I got in touch directly with the supplier, the supplier replied instantly. Now I am waiting for a response from buggybaby, they said they would send a courier to pickup the faulty buggy but then disappeared and haven't herd from them in 10 days. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME SOLVE THIS ISSUE OR I WILL PROCEED TO FILE A LAWSUIT
