Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Incredibly Disappointing, Don't Waste Your Money
This museum was a complete letdown. The advertising around it doesn't match anything like what it actually is on the inside. You walk into an unheated space that resembles mostly a warehouse. The tickets are 12 euros, and half of the 'exhibit' is a shop, and the other half is letters from old neon signs piled up on top of each other, with no semblance of coherent storytelling. When I approached the representative at the desk to tell her about my experience, she pointed to one line in the brochure saying that this was a museum that was not publically funded, and therefore the tickets went to paying the rent of the space while they worked things out. I took this to be reason enough for the utterly disappointing experience, and left accepting that I had just donated 12 euros to maintain the rent of the museum. However, I just read the above review from 2019, which described exactly what I saw. So nothing has changed since three years ago. I wish I had asked for my money back. The idea of the museum has merit, and it could actually be something really interesting. But the way they've done it made me feel baited and switched. If they were upfront about their need for funds and showed an awareness of the shortcomings of the current state of the exhibit, then I wouldn't feel as tricked. But even if they did do this, the exhibit is so far from being presentable that to me, it wouldn't even be worth visiting. It would be better for them to just ask for donations, and then actually do something with the assets they have. It feels like this place is going through a process of attrition - at some point, enough people are going to complain about their poor experiences, and unless the museum changes their game, fewer and fewer people will want to go. If the owners would like this museum to survive, they'll need to make some pretty important changes.

Price and quality of this exhibition does not match
Don’t visit this so-called museum. My family and I visited today and it was a TOTAL disappointment (my daughter is a graphic designer who knows a lot about typography and she too was very disappointed). The entrance fee is 12 EUR per person which is a very high fee for seeing a lot of letter signs piled up on top of each other with almost non-existing information on the origin of the letter signs. When we left the museum I told one of the employees how disappointed I was with the quality of the exhibition and that the prices were way to high taking the quality into consideration. Surprisingly (or not) she agreed and told me that the high prices was charged since their rent was very high and because they didn’t receive any funding. So if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on an exhibition (I would describe as a warehouse of piled letter signs) which is not ready to show to an audience, then stay away!
