10/14 pieces were delivered damaged…
10/14 pieces were delivered damaged beyond the represented “good” condition. There was a metal table bent around the pallet that had to be cut off. They’ve charged me over $2,000 and I have been in a dispute with little to no resolution for over a month basically stealing my money and leaving me with misrepresented unsellable items.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I repeat: STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! If I could rate this company a zero, I would. The customer service experience is awful. I was supposed to receive a large truckload of goods. The product never showed. No one answered a call and it took 24 hours to get a response regarding what happened to it. I found out the product was in an accident and was undeliverable. This product was to be the main product in my store for the month of September, and so the loss is devastating for a small business. I was assigned a case number and was told that my “mediator” would be in touch within 1-2 business days. Upon not being contacted or reached by my mediator, I spoke with customer service (which is exactly the opposite of customer service to be honest) that mediators have up to FIVE business days to respond. The fact that there are THAT many problems with this company is a giant red flag. I have legal representation on standby, as I can’t even get in touch with anyone who will tell me where my money is or what is the process moving forward. They are holding my money hostage- and I am beyond livid. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

I been bstock for years all it did for…
I been bstock for years all it did for me was raise my blood pressure and give me headaches. It is true they dont care about you or you just your money. I spent LOTS of money with bstock, i won 2 auctions and the funds been remove from my account, however their system (which is always down) claims my orders are not paid. i contatced b stock numerous times even sent them PROOF payment was made, and all they tell me is to wait and finance will reach out (never do). eventually i got fed up and told them i need a resolution or i will do a ACH reversal, and their answer was to cancel my orders and suspend my account. I still have not received my money and they claim they dont have it. Stripe claims Bstock does have the funds, nonetheless I reached out to our company attorney, which she stated allow them till the end of the week, and if they dont refund the money we can and will proceed with a civil suit. sorry this has come to this, but bstock needs to do better. They will will put so much pressure on you when you owe money for orders, but when they owe you money they will draggggggggggggggggggggg feet and give you runarounds alll day long. If a resolution is made this review will be updated to reflect.
