BRESSER ClimaVision TB Home Weather…
BRESSER ClimaVision TB Home Weather Station Pro 5-in-1 15659 I am pleased with this product. It delivers what I want at a price which I think is appropriate, with a User Guide which is detailed. Delivery timescale was good. The quality of manufacture seems good. I do however have three observations Firstly. Bresser are extremely attentive, responsive and helpful in a pre-purchase situation. However I have found it frustratingly difficulty to attract their attention in post purchase situation when I have questions. Helpful answers were forthcoming. But I was disappointed at the time taken. I am however giving 5 stars at this time Secondly. In set up instructions reference is made to 'time offset' and also ' time zone' which is not helpful especially as there is no setting called 'time zone'. Also it fails to mention that the atomic clock time signal is generated from Germany which you need to know when setting up time and DST. A couple of examples (eg set time offset to minus1, DST ON) for a couple of countries would be helpful. Thirdly. This is a precision instrument, but you need to know that 'Moon Phase' actually describes a lunar month (about 29days) being divided into 8 'phases'. This means that, whilst new moon only actually happens on one day (to be astronomically accurate), the 'New Moon phase' shown on the display actually lasts maybe 4 or 5. This is apparent normal for these types of instruments but not what I was expecting. I though new moon and full moon would be precise and show one day only. I can live with that now I know.

Very positive customer service experience
I recently had a very positive customer support experience with Bresser. Kerin helped arrange for me to receive a replacement weather station sensor after mine failed after nearly 5 years. He was polite, communicative, efficient and friendly. I am very happy with the service I have received from Bresser.

Fantastic service from Brasser
Fantastic service from Brasser, my outdoor sensor stopped working after just short of 4 years. They sent me a new one free. Covered by the 5 year guarantee. No fuss, sent by post 5 days later. All up and running again. Thank You!

Bresser 7-in-1 Weather Station
I purchased a Bresser 7-in-1 Weather Station in Sept 2023, which is superb and linked easily into Wunderground etc. Absolutely love it!! However in Jan 2025 the temp sensor stopped transmitting and despite following the really helpful advice for cleaning and resetting the sensor it still didn't work. As their products have a 5 year warranty, BUK just sent me a whole new sensor! incredible, no quibble, no argument, just absolutely fabulous service. It now works perfectly again. I was astounded by their helpful communications and service but beyond that good old fashioned aftersales, putting the customer first in their business and managing a no-quibble warranty. Thank you so very much. Highly recommend you buy these quality products with exceptional customer service.
