It's been a month since their July drop…
It's been a month since their July drop where I ordered a baby tee and oversized tee. They just did another drop two days ago and there has been no updates on if my order has been shipped or when. The order even disappeared from my shop app it taken so long! I emailed customer service, but their response was basically telling me, "Oops, deal with it." What annoys me more is the amount of fitness influencers pushing this brand, I've heard nothing but not great things.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I unfortunately cannot recommend Breathe Divinity based on my experience with two recent orders. Order #306351 was marked delivered on July 18, but it was never received. The tracking showed delivery to a locked mailbox inside a locked, unoccupied building. Both the landlord and I checked the mailbox and surrounding area, but the package was not there. Breathe Divinity initially responded and said a carrier claim had been filed. I was told the claim normally took about one week and that the company would either reship the items or provide a refund once it was resolved. However, several weeks passed without an update, replacement, or refund despite multiple follow-up emails. I also placed a second order, #310416, in July, which still had not shipped by late August. I asked for the claim status, a shipping date for the second order, or a refund, and provided a reasonable deadline for resolution, but received no meaningful response. I understand that shipping problems can happen and initially appreciated that the company said it would file a claim. My concern is the lack of communication and follow-through afterward, especially with two unresolved paid orders. I would have preferred to receive the merchandise, but after repeated attempts to resolve both issues directly, I had to pursue the matter through my payment provider. I will update this review if Breathe Divinity resolves the orders.

Not Worth Your Time or Money
I have been a customer for months. Let me share all of my experiences. I understood the preorder and didn’t have an issue waiting for a few months for a product because everyone seemed to rant about the quality. When I got my product, I enjoyed it and kept wanting to spend my money for this company. During march, I bought some shorts, waited 7 weeks bc it was pre order. I got refunded. I was fuming. The customer service shrugged me off. Even with this, I still continued to support. During June drop, I got my label which means your package will be picked up and shipped out to you. I waited 2 weeks before finally having someone look at my order and why it hadn’t been picked up by USPS yet. I had to have a mod from their discord PERSONALLY pack my order for it to be shipped out to me. July rolled around and the only thing I bought was a swimsuit. They said those were not pre orders as they wanted us women to have our swimsuits for the summer. Two weeks have gone by and NO ONE has gotten their swimsuits due to a “misprint”. Told us they would ship out during the week of 8/11. They STILL haven’t shipped. I will no longer be supporting this brand. The shipping times suck, customer service sucks. Clothes are overpriced.

Never buy from here
First time I ordered from here I got sent the wrong size compression shirt. Never got refunded for returning it. Second time my order was returned to sender because they sent it to the wrong address and tried to charge be $20 to reship their mistake which I refused. 4 months later I finally got my $200 back. Never buying from here again the first time should have been the last.
