The Breathwork session in Koh Phangan
The Breathwork session in Koh Phangan with Andrea was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was my first time (I’ve done it more often since), and Andrea explained everything from the ground up, which really helped ease my fears. I never expected how much breathing could impact the body and emotions. It was the first time I was able to release emotional blockages I had carried for years. I highly recommend everyone to be open-minded and try it at least once. Thank you to Andrea and the team for making this possible. <3

Incredible services & wonderful people
I have gotten an oracle reading from Nadine and done breathwork with Andrea & have nothing but amazing things to say about both of them! Nadine is extremely intuitive and compassionate. Her oracle reading highlighted her wisdom and big heart and was extremely insightful for me at a transitional time in my life. Andrea is a natural at holding a safe space for those in his breathwork sessions. I’ve seen many people have huge releases (myself included) and he facilitates with the perfect balance of intensity and softness. I’m so grateful to have met them and can’t wait to see them again!

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience. Andrea explained everything in detail beforehand so you knew what to expect. Nadine and him took care of everyone and comforted everyone during the session which made me feel very safe. Thanks for everything! I can highly recommend their course to everyone and will definitely be back.
